Job Summary
We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to train and develop our real estate channel partners. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing their communication, sales, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills to improve lead conversion and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct soft skills and sales training exclusively for channel partners.
• Train channel partners on communication, customer handling, negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Deliver project orientation and product knowledge sessions in coordination with the sales team.
• Develop training modules, presentations, role plays, and learning materials.
• Assess training needs and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Conduct refresher training programs to improve partner performance.
• Track training effectiveness and submit reports to management.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent engagement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in real estate or channel sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and channel partner engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.
• Ability to motivate and influence channel partners.

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage.
