Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions as assigned by Canvas88.

• Facilitate both online and offline training programs.

• Travel to client locations for program delivery whenever required.

• Understand client requirements and align training delivery with learning objectives.

• Create an engaging, interactive, and learner-centric classroom environment.

• Maintain professionalism and represent Canvas88 during all client interactions.

• Submit training reports, attendance records, feedback forms, and other required documentation after each session.

• Coordinate with the Operations and Training teams regarding schedules, logistics, and program requirements.

• Participate in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and internal capability-building initiatives when required.

• Maintain confidentiality of all company information, training content, and client data.
