Key Responsibilities
• Conduct induction and onboarding training.
• Train on business model and merchant acquisition.
• Teach sales pitch, negotiation and closing.
• Conduct role plays and live field coaching.
• Travel with field teams and provide feedback.
• Train on CRM, reporting and SOPs.
• Evaluate trainees through assessments.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers.
• Prepare training material.
