Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging sales training sessions for new and existing employees.

• Develop and implement sales training modules, SOPs, and learning materials.

• Coach and mentor sales teams to improve communication, objection handling, and closing skills.

• Conduct product knowledge and process training.

• Monitor trainee performance and provide continuous feedback.

• Identify training needs through performance analysis and collaborate with management to improve sales effectiveness.

• Track training effectiveness and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer in the EdTech industry.

• Strong understanding of inside sales, counseling, and sales processes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.

• Ability to motivate teams and improve sales performance.
