Hiring: Manager – Training & Support |

We are looking for a Manager – Training & Support to join our team.

Job Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct training programs for new hires and existing employees.

• Support onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of training initiatives.

• Develop training content, SOPs, presentations, and process documentation.

• Monitor training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching and support.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address training and operational needs.

• Assist in resolving process-related queries and ensuring adherence to company standards.

Requirements:

Experience in a •startup environment•• is mandatory.

Prior experience in •training, learning & development, onboarding, or support•• roles.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple training programs and stakeholders effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

• Willingness to travel, if required.
