We are looking for a Regional Sales Trainer - North to join our client in Gurgaon. The client is from architectural hardware and security solutions domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learn about solutions offered by Ozone within 2 weeks of joining
2. Create presentations & videos for product & sales training. Help learning designer in updating content (presentations, videos, cheat sheets, FAQ's etc.)
3. Conduct Training programs (New Hire Training, Refreshers, Sales Workshop)
4. Plan the training programs (and training calendars) in complete sync with the Sales, Talent acquisition & HR team for both new hires as well as existing channel sales consultants (refreshers) on time and manage them optimally
5. Collaborate with team members to create robust On Job Training (30-60-90 days) Plan. Monitor sales performance using on the job training. Guide assigned sales team and contribute towards product knowledge and skill improvement training for the team
6. Customize training content as per regional needs & ensure training data is maintained for all training activities
7. Prepare reports on sessions conducted, feedback given, and assessments conducted
8. Prepare question bank & assessments in Collaboration with product managers & RSM's. Plan, deploy, check the results of monthly assessments
9. Create a short (5-6 min’s) video & create digital library on features, advantages & benefits of hardware for self- paced learning of channel partners & sales persons
10. Help in updating content (presentations, videos, cheat sheets, FAQ's etc.)
11. Update & report excel based dashboards & present data on bimonthly basis to L&D manager
12. Present L&D outcomes, achievements, hits & misses, productivity report to Training manager on weekly / monthly
Job Requirements:
1. Should have a passion to create & design content (i.e., videos, voiceover, vlogs, blogs, presentations, and animated videos)
2. Should have interest in learning new technologies, sales, learning, and development field
3. Should be open to learning new products/features and absorb and replicate what's been coached
4. Practical knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft suite (Mail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, and
Spreadsheets) or can learn it while working on projects
5. Graduate (L&D / Instructional Design / Sales Training certification will be advantageous)
6. Understanding of Adult learning principles, Different models - ADDIE, Kirkpatrick etc.
