About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Project Executive to support and coordinate NGO projects. The role involves project coordination, field activities, reporting, and communication with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of social initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage NGO projects and activities.

- Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams, management, and marketing team.

- Visit field locations, activity venues, and project sites as required.

- Support the planning and execution of awareness programs, camps, and NGO events.

- Ensure timely follow-up and smooth implementation of ongoing projects.

- Perform administrative and project-related tasks as assigned.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills in Marathi and English.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).

- Strong coordination and organizational skills.

- Willingness to travel for field visits and project activities.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification

- Graduate in any stream.

- MSW (Master of Social Work) candidates will be preferred.
