Key Responsibilities:
Conduct induction and training programs for new joiners.
Conduct regular training sessions for existing employees on processes, products, systems, and skill development.
Track and analyze employee/team performance through MIS, dashboards, and reports.
Identify performance gaps and provide targeted coaching and training interventions.
Prepare training modules, PPTs, manuals, quizzes, role plays, and other learning materials.
Conduct assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
Coordinate with Team Leaders and Managers to identify training requirements and improve employee performance.
Prepare regular training and performance reports for management.
Support process/product training and communicate process updates to teams.
Identify recurring performance issues and develop appropriate training plans.
