We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to join our team [••YO A TO Z Solution pvt ltd••]. The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13000 - ₹14000 and a chance to support professional growth in others.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver training sessions based on organizational/client needs
Create and update training material
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
Maintain training records and reports
Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness
Location - Marathalli , varthur, indira nagar and whitefield.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 4 years of experience. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
