We are looking for a Junior Trainer to join our team at Senken Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. The role involves planning, conducting, and monitoring training programs for new and existing employees, to help them understand company processes and do their jobs better. This position offers good pay and a chance to help others grow in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing employees.

• Explain company processes, work standards, and job duties in a simple and clear way.

• Train employees on how to prepare, read, and understand reports related to their work.

• Check new employees' performance during their initial joining period.

• Create and update training materials, presentations, and test sheets.

• Keep records of training, attendance, and progress.

• Conduct tests to check how well the training worked.

• Work with different departments to understand what training is needed.

• Help employees improve their work quality, speed, and understanding of processes.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly training reports.

• Prepare or update Existing or new PPTS (As per instructions)

Job Requirements:
Candidates should have completed graduation in any stream, with 0–1 year of experience in training, operations, or process handling. Good communication skills, confidence in giving training, absence in MS Excel, and a good understanding of processes are required.
