Homecare Trainer (Freelance / Part-Time)

Location: Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Homecare Trainer to provide practical training to our Care Companions. The trainer will be responsible for teaching essential homecare skills required for providing quality patient care at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on practical training sessions.

• Train companions in:

  • Diaper changing

  • Bed bathing and sponge bathing

  • Patient hygiene and grooming

  • Safe patient positioning and turning

  • Safe patient transfer and mobility assistance

  • Feeding assistance

  • Vital signs monitoring (basic)

  • Infection prevention and hygiene practices

  • Elderly care and patient safety

  • Basic emergency response

• Demonstrate the correct use of homecare equipment.

• Evaluate trainees' practical skills and provide feedback.

• Ensure companions are confident and prepared before being deployed for homecare duties.

Requirements

• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing or higher qualification preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in home healthcare, hospital nursing, or clinical training.

• Previous training experience will be an added advantage.

• Excellent practical knowledge of homecare procedures.

• Good communication skills in English and Kannada. Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi is an added advantage.

• Passionate about teaching and mentoring healthcare professionals.

• It is a Part Time శిక్షకుడు job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
