We are looking for a Gym Trainer to join our team at Crystal. The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8000 - ₹12500 and a chance to support professional growth in others.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver training sessions based on organizational/client needs
Create and update training material
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
Maintain training records and reports
Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.5 - 6 years of experience. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
