Fitness Trainer

Job Summary:

We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and caring individuals to join our team as Instructors. You’ll lead fun, movement-based classes that help children learn, grow, and build confidence — all in a playful, non-competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct age-appropriate classes following The Little Gym curriculum.

- Engage and motivate children through creative teaching and positive energy.

- Ensure a safe, clean, and encouraging learning space.

- Build rapport with parents and provide regular feedback.

- Support birthday parties, camps, and special events.

- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.

Who You Are:

- Love working with kids and have a fun, outgoing personality.

- Energetic, positive, and patient.

- Background in physical education, dance, gymnastics, fitness, or early childhood preferred (not mandatory).

- Great communication and teamwork skills.

- Flexible to work on weekends and evenings.
