Field Trainer

Job Summary:

The Field Trainer is responsible for training and developing restaurant employees across Subway outlets. The role focuses on ensuring employees understand Subway’s operational standards, food safety, customer service, product preparation, and workplace procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training for new and existing restaurant employees.

Train staff on food preparation, hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards.

Ensure Subway operational procedures and brand standards are followed.

Visit multiple outlets to observe employee performance and provide coaching.

Identify training gaps and provide corrective guidance.

Conduct assessments and track employee training progress.

Work closely with Restaurant Managers and Shift Managers to improve team performance.

Support the implementation of new products, processes, and operational updates.

Skills Required:

Good communication and presentation skills, strong knowledge of restaurant operations, training and coaching ability, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel between Subway outlets.
