RRR Embro Group is seeking creative, skilled, and passionate Fashion Designers (Male & Female) to join our Fashion Design Department. The ideal candidates must possess strong stitching knowledge and the ability to teach and conduct online fashion design classes, focusing on Advanced Stitching Techniques, starting from the basics.

We are looking for self-driven professionals who are punctual, confident, and excellent communicators with a keen eye for fashion trends and garment detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Conduct online fashion design and stitching classes for students and trainees.

·       Teach Advanced Stitching Techniques and garment construction from the basics.

·       Design and develop new patterns, blouses, and fashion concepts aligned with market trends.

·       Guide and assist students in developing their creativity and technical skills.

·       Manage and maintain stitching tools, fabrics, and classroom materials.

·       Collaborate with the Fashion Design team on creative projects and demonstrations.

·       Ensure a professional and motivating learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       Diploma / Degree in Fashion Design / Textile Design / Apparel Technology or equivalent.

·       Strong practical stitching knowledge (machine handling, fabric cutting, finishing).

·       Experience in teaching or training (online/offline) preferred.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·       Self-motivated, punctual, and creative problem solver.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
