Job Purpose & Objectives
To design, implement, and manage training and development programs that enhance the technical, behavioural, and functional competencies of employees across all levels, ensuring a skilled and compliant workforce aligned with the organization’s service delivery standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Training Strategy & Planning
· Develop and implement the annual training calendar in line with business objectives and compliance requirements.
· Conduct training need analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads and operations teams.
· Design structured training modules for different levels—housekeeping, technical (MEP), security, and soft skills.
2. Program Development & Delivery
· Develop customized training content, SOPs, and learning aids relevant to the facility management industry.
· Conduct induction, refresher, and skill enhancement programs for new and existing employees.
· Identify and empanel external trainers/institutes for specialized or statutory training programs (e.g., fire safety, first aid)
3. Compliance & Quality
· Ensure adherence to statutory training requirements and maintain training documentation for audits.
· Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
· Maintain updated records of certifications and compliance-based training completions.
4. Capability Development & Engagement
· Drive initiatives for continuous learning, upskilling, and leadership development.
· Support succession planning through competency mapping and career development programs.
· Collaborate with operations and HR teams to identify skill gaps and plan interventions.
5. Reporting & Analytics
· Track training ROI, attendance, and impact reports using dashboards and MIS tools.
· Present monthly and quarterly training reports to management.
Skills/ Attributes
· Strong knowledge of facility management operations (soft & technical services).
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
· Experience in designing and executing training programs for large, diverse workforce.
· Proficiency in MS Office, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and digital training tools.
· Ability to travel to client sites for training implementation.
