We are looking for a Coach to join our team at Pro Ace Tennis Academy. The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹4000 - ₹16000 and a chance to support professional growth in others.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver training sessions based on organizational/client needs
Create and update training material
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
Maintain training records and reports
Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
