We are looking for a Brand Promoter to join our team at Dzire Multinational Private Limited. The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 15,000 and a chance to support professional growth in others.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver training sessions based on organizational/client needs
Create and update training material
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
Maintain training records and reports
Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
