Key Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct training programs for restaurant and support staff.
• Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
• Identify training needs based on performance and operational requirements.
• Develop and deliver training content, SOPs, and learning materials.
• Conduct product, service, hygiene, food safety, and operational training.
• Track training attendance, assessments, and employee completion records.
• Conduct regular refresher and on-the-job training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR teams to identify skill gaps.
• Maintain training calendars, MIS, and training reports.
• Support implementation of SOPs and operational standards across outlets.
Candidate Profile
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Training & Development, preferably in the QSR/Restaurant/F&B industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable conducting classroom and on-the-job training.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and SOP implementation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and training documentation.
• Willingness to travel to outlets for training as required.
