Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi and possess excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively.

Required Skills

• Fluent communication in English and Hindi.

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.

• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Candidates with 6 months or more experience in any BPO domain will be preferred.

Job Details

• Role: Voice Process Executive – L2

• Location: Electronic City, Bangalore

• Salary: ₹24,000 CTC per month (₹19,000 Take Home)

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Week Off: 1 Rotational Off

• Shift Timings:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Login Hours: 9 Hours

• Typing Requirement: 30 WPM with 90% Accuracy

• Versant Score Requirement: 4+

• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
