Key Responsibilities:
*Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally.
*Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
*Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
*Document customer interactions and follow company processes.
*Collaborate with internal teams for issue
resolution.
*Achieve productivity and performance targets.
Requirements:
*Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
*Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
*Prior experience in international voice process/ BPO is preferred.
*Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
*Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills.
