Position: Relationship Executive – Telesales
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell health insurance policies.
• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Preferred Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in Tamil• is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
Compensation:
Salary Range: ₹1.6 LPA – ₹3 LPA (for Freshers)
(Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives)
Work Location: Chennai
