Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite and customer-focused Soft Calling Tele caller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls. The role involves engaging with customers in a courteous manner, providing information, resolving queries, and building positive relationships without aggressive sales pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, or information sharing
Handle inbound calls and address customer queries effectively
Maintain a friendly and professional tone during all conversations
Provide accurate information about products/services
Record customer details and update databases regularly
Follow communication scripts while handling calls
Ensure high customer satisfaction and experience
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle customers calmly and patiently
Fluency in local language(s) and basic English
