Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and confident Telecallers to handle outbound and inbound calls, connect with potential clients (schools/parents), and support business development activities. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to schools and potential clients to generate leads and fix appointments

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about our services

• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a strong pipeline

• Schedule meetings for the sales/business development team

• Maintain and update call records, client database, and daily reports

• Clearly explain company offerings (STEM programs, robotics training, etc.)

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil (mandatory)

• Knowledge of Telugu or Kannada will be an added advantage

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools preferred)

• Good listening and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle rejection and remain consistent

Qualifications:

• Any degree or diploma

• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

• Prior experience in telecalling / customer support / sales is an added advantage

Compensation & Benefits:

• Payroll Position

• Basic Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on performance)
