Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students and converting leads into successful admissions for various university courses.

Key Responsibilities:

>Counsel prospective students and parents regarding university programs and courses.

>Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic options.

>Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure conversion.

>Convince and guide prospects to complete the admission process.

>Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions in the system.

>Achieve individual and team admission targets.

>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrolment processes.

Required Skills & Eligibility:

>Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

>Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

>Target-driven with a positive attitude.

>Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15000to ₹25,000 per month (Based on Interview)
