Customer Support Executive ka role hai customers ke issues resolve karna jo payments, transactions ya app use se related hote hain. Candidate ko calls, chats aur emails ke through customers ko assist karna hota hai.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer queries handle karna (Call/Chat/Email)

Failed transactions, refund aur payment issues resolve karna

Customers ko app use karne me guide karna

Complaints ko timely resolve karna

CRM system me data update karna

High customer satisfaction maintain karna

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi + English)

Basic computer & smartphone knowledge

Problem-solving ability

Patience aur polite behavior

Fintech knowledge (basic understanding of UPI/payments)
