Job Title: Client Service Officer (CSO)

Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai
Industry: Financial / Service Sector
Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year
Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹30,000 (depending on experience & skills)
Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 based on performance

Job Description:

Handle customer calls and emails (blended process).
Provide information about financial services like loans, insurance, etc.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain customer data and update records.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in telecalling, BPO, sales, or customer service.
Background in loans, insurance, real estate, or recovery will be an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
