Trekking Compass is looking for a passionate and result-driven Travel Sales Executive with experience in selling travel packages such as Char Dham Yatra, Kedarnath Yatra, domestic tours, and trekking packages. The candidate should have good English communication skills and the ability to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Explain tour packages and customize itineraries according to customer requirements.
Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate information about destinations, hotels, transport, and itineraries.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain good customer relationships.
Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations.
Maintain inquiry and booking records in CRM or Excel.
Required Skills
Good English speaking and communication skills.
Knowledge of Char Dham Yatra, Kedarnath, Badrinath, trekking tours, and domestic packages is preferred.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
