Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding travel requirements, preparing customized tour packages, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budget.

• Prepare and present customized domestic and international travel packages.

• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Coordinate flight, hotel, sightseeing, transfers, and other travel arrangements.

• Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after the trip.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.

• Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel partners.

• Resolve customer queries and provide prompt solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in travel sales, tour packages, or the travel industry is preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good knowledge of domestic travel destinations and tour packages.

• Ability to handle sales targets and work independently.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication.

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
