Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic and pilgrimage tour packages.

• Prepare and share customized itineraries and quotations.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

• Explain package inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, and cancellation policies.

• Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Stay updated on travel destinations, hotel options, transport, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or customer service (freshers with excellent communication may also apply).

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Good knowledge of domestic tour packages, especially pilgrimage destinations like Chardham,
