Travel Sales Executive

“Hutchinson & Co (India) Pvt Ltd”, an MNC, with over 31-years presence in Bangalore, and the parent company is over 42-years, headquartered in the UK. We are in the travel and hospitality domain with accommodation options at over 5,000 resorts and hotels worldwide. With a strong portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, we’re currently expanding the B2C department, and are looking for professional and experienced executives who can provided customised, personal and comprehensive travel and holiday solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join our Holiday Sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will engage with potential customers over calls, understand their travel needs, and convert leads into confirmed holiday bookings by offering customized travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound travel inquiries

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages

• Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages

• Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating value and offers

• Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales deals

• Achieve monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in telesales /Customer Service

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets

• Ability to handle customer objections and close deals confidently

• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages is an advantage

• Positive attitude, persistence, and willingness to learn
