Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell travel packages over phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to convert leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel packages
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about tour packages, destinations, pricing, and offers
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel plans
Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
Maintain and update customer databases and follow up on leads
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Coordinate with the operations team for bookings and confirmations
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally
