Customer Consultation: Meet with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences to curate personalized itineraries.
Advisory Role: Advise clients on destinations, local customs, weather, and necessary travel documents (visas, passports, vaccinations).
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals with leads ,call on leads for packages sales & consistently looking for upsell opportunities.
Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, tour operators, and clients to ensure repeat business.
Issue Resolution: Handle cancellations, travel issues, and complaints professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Sales Ability: Strong negotiation, closing, and consultation skills.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of popular destinations, travel trends, and travel software (e.g., GDS systems).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organization: Strong attention to detail for managing complex itineraries.
Education/Experience: Previous experience in travel sales or customer service is often required
