Key Responsibilities:
Handle corporate travel enquiries and manage business accounts.
Generate new corporate clients and develop long-term business relationships.
Prepare and share customized travel proposals, quotations, and itineraries.
Handle domestic and international air ticketing, hotel bookings, transfers, visas, and complete travel packages.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable travel solutions within the given budget.
Follow up with clients regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transporters, and other travel suppliers.
Maintain client records, sales pipelines, quotations, and booking details.
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive rates and improve margins.
Handle corporate travel requirements, including FITs, group movements, MICE, business trips, and employee travel.
Ensure timely documentation, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and post-sales support.
Resolve client issues and provide assistance during travel whenever required.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
