Job Description

We are hiring Travel Sales Executives for our Online Travel Sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and enquiries related to travel services.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options.

• Convert enquiries into successful bookings/sales.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and earn additional incentives.

• Provide a good customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO Sales.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Sales-oriented approach with the ability to achieve targets.

• Candidates with experience in Travel Sales, BPO Sales, Telecalling or International/Domestic Sales will be preferred.

• Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Fort, Mumbai.

Shift & Working Days

• Shift Window: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• Working Hours: 9 hours per day

• 1 Rotational Week Off

Salary & Incentives

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
