Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive for a travel company. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, promoting travel packages, and converting leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain travel packages
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel plans
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain records of calls and customer details
Build and maintain good customer relationships
