We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on destinations, tour packages, flights, accommodations, and travel-related services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget

• Design and recommend customized tour packages (domestic & international)

• Book flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and other travel services

• Provide accurate information on visas, travel insurance, passports, and travel regulations

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and vendors

• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel documents

• Handle customer inquiries, changes, cancellations, and complaints professionally

• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers

• Meet sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth

• Maintain client records and follow up for repeat business
