Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.

• Counsel customers and suggest suitable tour packages, destinations, hotels, and travel options.

• Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on customer requirements.

• Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Explain package details, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and cancellation policies clearly.

• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, drivers, and other vendors for bookings.

• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, bookings, and payments.

• Provide pre-trip and during-trip assistance to customers when required.

• Build good relationships with customers and focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
