Designation: Ticketing Executive
Company: JB Tours & Travels

Role Summary:
The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end airline ticketing operations, ensuring accurate bookings, compliance with airline and IATA regulations, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings using Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.

• Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund air tickets as per airline policies.

• Manage EMD and ADM cases in coordination with airlines and IATA guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with IATA rules, airline fare regulations, and ticketing procedures.

• Provide accurate information on airline policies, baggage rules, fare conditions, and country-specific travel requirements.

• Handle refund processing and follow up with airlines where required.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve ticketing-related queries.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of all ticketing transactions.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).

• Good understanding of IATA regulations, EMD, ADM, and airline policies.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in ticket issuance.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience & Qualification:

• Minimum experience in airline ticketing preferred.

• IATA or travel-related certification is an added advantage.

• Graduate in any discipline.
