📍 Location: Jaipur (Head Office)

We are looking for an experienced Travel Manager to manage domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless, cost-effective, and efficient travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage domestic & international travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels, and local transport).

✅ Coordinate employee travel for project mobilization and demobilization.

✅ Handle itinerary planning, cancellations, rescheduling, and emergency travel requirements.

✅ Negotiate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transport vendors.

✅ Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budgets.

✅ Process travel reimbursements, verify invoices, and coordinate with the Finance team.

✅ Maintain travel records and prepare travel expense reports.

✅ Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and travel documentation.

✅ Coordinate with HR, Admin, and project teams to meet travel requirements.

Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

🎓 Degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business Administration is preferred.

Experience

💼 3–6 years of experience in corporate travel management.

💼 Experience in the Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Consultancy industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

✔ Strong knowledge of travel booking and itinerary planning.

✔ Hands-on experience with MakeMyTrip, EaseMyTrip, Yatra, Cleartrip, Ixigo, and other online travel booking portals is mandatory.

✔ Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.

✔ Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Familiarity with travel management software will be an added advantage.
