Tender Experience – Job Summary / Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end tender management for government and private sector projects.

• Responsible for identifying tenders through portals such as GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, etc.

• Studying tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, technical & commercial requirements.

• Preparation and submission of technical and commercial bids within stipulated timelines.

• Coordination with sales, technical, accounts, and logistics teams for required documents and inputs.

• Managing EMD, tender fees, BGs, and compliance-related documentation.

• Handling pre-bid queries, clarifications, and corrigendum tracking.

• Uploading bids online and ensuring error-free submission.

• Maintaining tender records, trackers, and MIS reports.

• Follow-up on bid results, negotiations, and order confirmations.
