We are looking for a Telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for influencing existing or potential clients to buy products or services by following a prepared script to give information and promote offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Generate leads and follow up on existing leads

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently

• Maintain a database of customer information and call logs

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve results

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus

• Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in Hindi, regional languages and have a basic knowledge of English

• Ability to learn about products and services and explain them clearly to customers

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in BPO/KPO/Telemarketing/Sales

• Target-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
