Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote financial products and services.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.

Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Handle queries related to business loans, secured/unsecured loans, and CIBIL scores.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6 months in tele-sales or inside sales, preferably in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Product Knowledge: Must have experience with business loans (mandatory). Familiarity with secured/unsecured loans and CIBIL processes is highly desirable.

Location Flexibility: Candidates willing to relocate to Delhi will also be considered.

Monday to Saturday

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary:

Up to ₹30,000/month (in-hand)

Note: Final salary offer will be based on experience and performance in the interview.
