Responsibilities: Engage with potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Promote GrowCline’s IT courses and highlight key program benefits. Counsel and guide learners to choose suitable training paths. Maintain CRM data and ensure timely follow-ups. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion goals. Requirements: 6 months–2 years of B2C telecalling or EdTech sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Goal-oriented, energetic, and confident on calls.
