Job Description:

Web World India is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on digital marketing services, website promotion, and client handling through calls and online communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for digital marketing and website promotion services

• Explain company services such as website development, Google promotion (SEO/Ads), and online marketing solutions

• Handle product/service explanations clearly and confidently

• Conduct online demos and presentations for clients

• Close deals online through calls, chats, or virtual meetings

• Maintain and update customer data accurately in the system

• Verify data, correct errors, and ensure proper record management

• Organize digital records for easy access and reporting

• Generate reports and share updates with internal teams

• Maintain complete confidentiality of client data

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years (Telesales / Sales / Marketing preferred)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and websites (preferred)

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets

• Comfortable with 6 days working (Day Shift)
