📝 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Promote and sell company products/services

• Generate new business opportunities through calls

• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Maintain call records and sales reports

🎯 Sales Target

• Minimum 10 successful sales per month

• Salary applicable only after minimum target achievement

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

• Incentives: Paid after 100% target achievement

• Performance-based growth opportunities

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience:

  • Freshers can apply

  • 0–2 year experience in telesales, sales, or business development preferred

• Language:

  • Hindi (mandatory)

  • Basic English (preferred)

🧠 Skills Required

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Target-driven mindset

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

📚 Training Details

• 7 days training period

• Salary will start after completion of training
