Job Summary

We are hiring a TeleSales & Calling Support Executive to handle B2B IndiaMART buy leads, follow up with potential buyers, and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable with telecalling, and be able to convert inquiries into sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily buy leads generated from IndiaMART portal

• Call prospective buyers and provide information about products/services

• Understand customer requirements and share quotations accordingly

• Follow up with leads until closure and maintain strong customer relationships

• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and lead status in CRM or Excel

• Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure timely responses to customer queries

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversions and follow-ups

• Provide feedback and market insights to management for strategy improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Prior experience in telecalling 2 Years (preferred)

• Good verbal communication skills in English

• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and online portals

• Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and result-oriented approach

• Good communication skills required
