We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, converting inquiries into walk-ins, and ensuring monthly admission targets are met. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for helping students start their aviation and hospitality career.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote courses and programs.
Identify, qualify, and generate leads through calling, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
Ensure minimum 3 walk-ins per day through continuous follow-up and scheduling.
Counsel students over phone regarding courses, fees, career outcomes, and admission procedures.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-up status, and daily productivity reports.
Work closely with the admissions team to achieve monthly admission targets.
Handle inquiries received via social media, website, walk-ins, and referrals.
Maintain strong product knowledge of all academy courses.
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with students.
Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives when required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, preferably in education/counselling.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Ability to handle pressure and objections professionally.
Confirmed walk-ins per day
