Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Shankar Nagar
Industry: TeleSales/ dairy based industry

🧾 Job Summary:-

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Shankar Nagar, Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales over calls.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:-

Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients
Explain company services/products clearly and effectively
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain customer database and follow-up records
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

🧠 Required Skills:-

Excellent communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Fluency in Hindi and basic English

🎓 Qualifications:-

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply).
