We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to promote and sell tour packages over the phone. The candidate should be confident in communication, persuasive, and focused on achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain tour packages
Handle inbound travel inquiries and convert leads into bookings
Promote domestic holiday packages
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options
Follow up with leads and close sales
Maintain customer data and call records
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with operations team after booking confirmation
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
0–3 years of experience in telesales
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email)
